Hey MUD and Redstone builder,
Another week, another newsletter! We have updates on Devcon, the Worlds Explorer, user guides on EVE Frontier, and games like TxMonster, For the Kingdom, and Cloudlines!
Weekly Updates
In case you missed it, Lattice will be at Devcon in November. We’ll be releasing the full list of teams presenting at MUD Day on November 14th next week, so stay tuned! We’ll also have talks on MUD, Redstone, Autonomous Worlds and more from Lattice team members alvarius, ludens, and tdot!
The tireless MUD dev, karolis, has blessed us with an update to the Worlds Explorer. You can now enter any World address, and start easily exploring right in your browser! Check out the site here.
Discussions and Docs of the Week
A participant in the recent EVE Frontier playtest posted an excellent summary of building plugins for the game using MUD. We love to see community-driven guides, and you should definitely check this out if you’re interested in building Smart Assemblies in the Frontier!
0xPayable had a question answered about understand the function selector in MUD.
Project Radar
TxMonster, a new game built with MUD, launched on Redstone Garnet! Check out the Palworld and Pokemon-inspired game here.
For the Kingdom introduced a marketplace in their game. For the Kingdom is built with MUD and running on Redstone Garnet, and it’s becoming one of our favorite games on testnet! You can play it here.
Cloudlines, a new game built with MUD, got first place in the Jokerace “Where are the f*cking games?” context!
And that’s all for this week! As always, if you have announcements or feedback you’d like to share, feel free to get in touch with vera!
